Can I return or exchange my order?

We’re sorry, but we can’t take returns or exchanges—unless there’s proof of damage during shipping. If your order arrives a little rough around the edges, snap a pic and hit us up. We’ve got your back and will make it right! Contact us at support@hipsyrups.com to file a claim.

Wondering where we ship?

Here’s the deal: we bring the flavor, but only to the US. If you're outside the zone, we’ll get there soon! Stay tuned for when we expand the flavor fam to your area!
