Instructions
-
Preheat the oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving a bit of overhang for easy removal. -
Make the crust
In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until evenly combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to form a crust. Bake for 8–10 minutes, then let cool. -
Prepare the filling
In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, White Chocolate & Raspberry Hip Syrup, and sugar until smooth. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until just combined. -
Assemble the bars
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust, spreading it evenly. -
Bake
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the center is just set. Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature before refrigerating for at least 2 hours. -
Cut and garnish
Once chilled, lift the bars out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares and garnish with fresh raspberries, white chocolate shavings, and a dusting of powdered sugar if desired.
