Peppermint Mocha Martini

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz vodka
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur (like Kahlúa)
  • 1 oz peppermint Hip Syrup
  • 2 oz cold brew coffee or espresso
  • 1 oz heavy cream or milk (optional for creaminess)
  • Ice

Garnish:

  • Crushed candy canes (for rimming)
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves or a mini candy cane

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Rim:

    • Crush candy canes in a small dish.
    • Moisten the rim of a martini glass with water or peppermint simple syrup.
    • Dip the rim into the crushed candy canes and set the glass aside.
  2. Mix the Cocktail:

    • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
    • Add vodka, coffee liqueur, peppermint hip syrup, and cold brew.
    • Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
  3. Serve:

    • Strain into the prepared martini glass.
    • Optionally, top with whipped cream and garnish with fresh mint or a mini candy cane.
