Peppermint Mocha Martini

Ingredients:
- 1 oz vodka
- 1 oz coffee liqueur (like Kahlúa)
- 1 oz peppermint Hip Syrup
- 2 oz cold brew coffee or espresso
- 1 oz heavy cream or milk (optional for creaminess)
- Ice
Garnish:
- Crushed candy canes (for rimming)
- Whipped cream (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves or a mini candy cane
Instructions:

Prepare the Rim:
- Crush candy canes in a small dish.
- Moisten the rim of a martini glass with water or peppermint simple syrup.
- Dip the rim into the crushed candy canes and set the glass aside.

Mix the Cocktail:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add vodka, coffee liqueur, peppermint hip syrup, and cold brew.
- Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.

Serve:
- Strain into the prepared martini glass.
- Optionally, top with whipped cream and garnish with fresh mint or a mini candy cane.
